This procedure involves the participation of highly trained linguistics, grammarians, editors, and other experts. Importantly, the final review is performed by an independent reviewer. All translation projects are carried out in this way and are supervised by a knowledgeable project manager who works closely with the translation team. Our projects are all managed domestically so you have control over the product.

At Access Translation Services we can provide you with that additional editing, proofreading, and review that may be necessary to ensure that your translated documents are as effective and appropriate as possible.

Editing vs. Proofreading

Proofreading services at Access Translation Services will review your translated document to make sure all content, style, spelling, grammar, and punctuation are correct. Proofreading is not as extensive as editing, although we will certainly mention any major issues we might encounter.

Access Translation Services provides editing services for previously translated materials, which may be advisable if you have doubts or concerns about the quality of the translation. We will examine all aspects of the document meticulously–accuracy, cultural appropriateness, grammar, etc.–and confirm that it is ready for distribution.
